It's Not the Church's Fault!!

I love serving God's people as Pastor even with all the bumps and bruises that come along with the job. One of the greates joys in serving God's people is to see God change hearts, minds and lives.
But one of the agonizing relentless perpetual thorns in my side is to see so called christians who just have no desire to engage in the body life and discipleship process of the church. They never pray when the church prays, the are not present to learn when the church is teaching, they don't give when the church is giving, they don't fellowship when the church is fellowshipping. And yet they have the adacity to complain about the church and have the unmittigated gaul to say that they are not growing as a Christian!! What? For real? Who does that? Who says that? Are you serious?
If your life is plagued with insecurity and spiritual defeats and the church is trying to equip you for such spiritual realities and you will not participate...IT'S NOT THE CHURCH'S FAULT! If God is not moving in your life and in the life of the church that you attend and you would rather complain than pray with the church....IT'S NOT THE CHURCH'S FAULT! If you feel no one likes you or that no one wants to deal with you and yet you never spend time fellowshiping with other believers.......IT'S NOT THE CHURCH'S FAULT! If your kids love the world and its values more than they do God and your kids are never present for teaching and training...IT'S NOT THE CHURCH'S FAULT! If your finances are all jacked up and the church helps you and provides wise biblical counsel concerning your stewardship of your resources and you refuse to heed the word....IT'S NOT THE CHURCH'S FAULT! If God has gifted you to serve in a particular area and you see the need in the church and yet refuse to serve and complain that the church doesn't have the type of ministry you think it should have.....IT'S NOT THE CHURCH'S FAULT!!!
